SMPS honors and shines the spotlight on even more AEC professionals and firms! In addition to our current recognition programs such as the MCAs, these three SMPS awards recognize emerging leaders, business developers, and innovative firms.
The submission windows for Emerging Leader of the Year, Business Developer of the Year, and Marketing Innovation Firm of the Year close on May 11, 2026. Self nominations are encouraged as well as nominations from SMPS members. Winners will be announced at Amplify A|E|C, the Society’s annual conference, which will be held this July in Las Vegas.

SMPS Emerging Leader of the Year
