SMPS Regional Conference Leadership Summit

Join SMPS for the 2026 Regional Conference Leadership Summit, returning for its second year and building on the strong momentum of last year’s dynamic and highly collaborative gathering.
This summit brings together Regional Conference leaders from across the Society to share what’s working, exchange insights, and collectively elevate the conference experience. Last year, leaders engaged in meaningful collaboration, curated stronger experiences, and gained valuable perspective from meetings industry thought leaders. This year, we will continue that momentum, going further and deeper.
Over two days, participants will engage in focused conversation, peer exchange, and forward-looking strategy, while also hearing from industry experts shaping the future of events. Sessions will include insights from a leading speakers bureau on emerging trends in thought leadership and keynote experiences, as well as perspectives from one of the largest hotel brands on the power of collective buying and how it can drive greater value across our regional conferences.
Attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Collaborate with fellow regional conference leaders
- Share insights and proven practices
